Requirements

Must:
- Current residency in the Greater Seattle area and the ability to commute to our Seattle office for hybrid work is mandatory. - Over 7 years of practical experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework. - Proven track record of successfully migrating legacy applications to modern Microsoft platforms. - Strong proficiency with SQL Server and the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem. - At least 5 years of substantial experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with contemporary architectural patterns such as layered architectures and microservices. - Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing practices. - Capacity to blend technical leadership with active coding duties. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

- Spearhead the modernization of legacy systems by transitioning applications to .NET Core and C#. - Architect and develop next-generation web and application platforms that promote business expansion and long-term maintainability. - Design and implement RESTful APIs, establishing standards and methodologies that enhance modular and scalable architectures. - Offer technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the adoption of high-quality coding practices. - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure technical roadmaps align with organizational goals. - Assess and recommend new tools, frameworks, and design practices to bolster scalability, performance, and resilience. - Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
