Overnight Front Desk Receptionist

- Welcome members and guests as they enter and exit the facility, assisting them with any questions or concerns during check-in - Foster our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor, providing support in their fitness journeys while adhering to club policies - Address member concerns and escalate them to a Manager if necessary - Answer phones courteously and assist callers with their inquiries - Carry out membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updating contact and billing information, cancellations, collecting outstanding balances, and transferring memberships - Conduct calls and tours for prospective members, evaluating their membership needs - Handle retail transactions accurately and strive to meet sales goals - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities, including common areas and assigned zones - Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free by following the established cleaning schedule - Regularly inspect all club areas; promptly resolve any safety or policy-related issues and address cleanliness concerns - Quickly attend to maintenance and facility issues such as broken or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures)
