Overnight Front Desk Agent

- Work overnight shifts - Welcome members and guests as they enter and exit the club, assisting them with inquiries upon check-in - Promote our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and offering support for their fitness journeys while adhering to club policies - Address member concerns and escalate issues to leadership as necessary - Answer phone calls in a courteous manner and assist callers with their questions - Perform membership-related tasks including sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships - Conduct calls and tours for prospective members to understand their membership needs - Carry out retail transactions accurately and strive to meet sales goals in compliance with PCI policy - Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities, as well as communal areas and assigned spaces - Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and uncluttered by following the cleaning schedule - Perform routine walkthroughs of the club to quickly address any safety or policy issues and maintain cleanliness standards - Promptly resolve maintenance and facility issues, such as broken or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures)
