Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - Significant experience in the technology sector, with at least 7 years in the industry and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position - Experience in project or product management - Familiarity with Azure DevOps sprint planning and codebase management - Code review experience for oneself and other team members - Proficiency in building, testing, and implementing CRUD, MVC, and Web APIs - Working knowledge of HTML, C#, JavaScript, and jQuery (1+ year of experience) - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server maintenance and creation - Knowledge and use of PowerShell and other scripting platforms - Experience with website operation, hosting, maintenance, and creation - Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS, Blockchain) - Networking experience (DNS, WAN, VPN, Firewall configurations) - Understanding of concepts such as availability, scalability, and maintainability - Experience with Internet Information Server (IIS) - High degree of professionalism in customer service and client interactions - Relevant cloud certifications are an advantage - Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills - Ability to delegate tasks to the appropriate resources

Responsibilities

In this role, I will expect you to: - Provide technical leadership and strategy by designing and developing innovative solutions, guiding project teams architecturally, and defining the technical vision for projects - Offer technical expertise to help resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with architectural standards - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences - Manage project implementation to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints - Mentor and manage a team of architects while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment - Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks - Ensure that solutions meet critical non-functional requirements, such as security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards - Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, technical guidelines, and best practices - Drive process improvements, optimizing operations across the organization and supporting best practices, such as CI/CD pipelines - Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability within our organization to drive innovation
