Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer or customer support
- Proficient in general computer usage
- Demonstrated eagerness and ability to learn new technology skills
- Strong integrity and a solid work ethic
- Positive attitude towards work and challenges
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with HTML and web graphics is a plus
- Knowledge of Photoshop is desirable
- Prior experience in an educational environment is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our system; training will be provided
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat; collect relevant information regarding their issues
- Provide training to clients on various features of our software
- Help clients troubleshoot issues and escalate calls when necessary
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow up for satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to address complex technical challenges
- Assist with documentation and testing of new products or updates
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the support manager
- Offer proactive feedback about potential enhancements
