- Lead new client onboarding by overseeing system setup and configuration
- Conduct training sessions and walkthroughs for hotel staff
- Assist with property setup including rooms, rates, and taxes
- Support booking engine configuration and OTA connections
- Ensure smooth transitions to go-live for new clients
- Provide daily support via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Troubleshoot issues related to reservations and availability
- Address OTA sync and channel manager problems
- Resolve payment gateway and transaction issues
- Handle reports and system errors
- Escalate complex issues to the development team
- Track and resolve support tickets promptly
Description
