Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in a combined Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity.
- In-depth understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and business analysis software (e.g., Visio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certifications.
- Preferred: CBAP or similar business analysis certification.
- Preferred: Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or travel reservation systems.
- Preferred: Familiarity with API integrations and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle for technology and business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Create and sustain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
- Mitigate project risks, tackle issues, and adapt to changes as necessary.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and team members.
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through various methods such as interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Convert business needs into precise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Assess current business processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement and automation.
- Support testing, training, and change management efforts during project execution.
- Ensure that solutions fulfill business objectives and user expectations.
