- Proficiency with iOS device enrollment using Apple Business Manager and management via Workspace ONE.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, specifically DHCP, DNS, and GPO.
- Understanding of System Center Configuration Manager as well as Windows 10/11.
- Experience in analyzing, implementing, and testing DISA STIG configuration settings for both hardware and software, and maintaining security baselines.
- Strong skills in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes for supporting a global enterprise of 16,000 users.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- A Secret clearance, with the capability to obtain and maintain DEA suitability.

Responsibilities
We are in search of a highly driven Workspace ONE/AirWatch Senior Engineer to support our federal client in transitioning to a modern management support model for Windows end-user devices. You will be tasked with designing, planning, implementing, and deploying all necessary components and configurations for enrolling and managing Windows devices within the Workspace ONE/AirWatch platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with support teams to refine their processes, service requests, and procedures. Following an Agile deployment methodology, you will work closely with your team and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will create all essential technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, design documents, implementation plans, and system administrator guides.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Designing and deploying Workspace ONE/AirWatch configurations to support 20,000 Windows 10/11 devices of various makes and models.
- Migrating Active Directory group policy objects and SCCM applications to Workspace ONE.
- Developing and designing a self-service application catalog for application installations.
- Implementing DISA STIGs and other security measures through Workspace ONE profiles, applications, packages, scripts, and other methods.
- Configuring Azure Active Directory for user authentication and device enrollment.
- Setting up Workspace ONE/AirWatch to facilitate Windows device enrollment, resetting, and retirement processes.
