Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows operating system
- Familiarity with Microsoft software applications such as Outlook, TEAMS, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Adobe products and Microsoft Application Suite
- Understanding of EDMS and Active Directory
- Experience with SharePoint
- Strong ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively
- Capability to adhere to established troubleshooting protocols
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical matters to non-technical users
- Patience and empathy to deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Competence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to secure and maintain Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance by addressing customer inquiries and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Diagnose and manage technical issues through questioning, diagnostics, and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for users, documenting and tracking all calls and issues within the trouble ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams (Tier 3 or above)
- Maintain and update systems and documentation, including software installation, configuration, and internal procedures
- Guide users in the effective usage of our products or systems, following up to ensure successful resolution of issues
