Systems Engineer - SME

- Oversee the administration of the AETC Enterprise Mobile Device Management (EMDM) solution - Manage and troubleshoot MDM devices encompassing Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android systems - Provide necessary data and perform actions as requested by the EMDM Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure compliance for Authorization to Operate (ATO) - Administer the Apple Business Manager - Establish and manage agreements between Apple Business, hardware vendors, and the MDM - Conduct resolution activities to identify issues with application deployment and configuration while performing quality assurance - Develop and implement MDM policies for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, security, and application management - Create and manage configuration profiles for various hardware types and software requirements - Support principles and technologies related to identity and access management (IAM) - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for MDM-related issues - Stay updated on new MDM features, updates, and capabilities - Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures - Collaborate with industry partners to address issues requiring their intervention - Coordinate and participate in planned maintenance and change control board activities - Plan, design, and oversee the installation of equipment utilizing knowledge of engineering, programming, sophisticated instruments, and computer systems - Perform other duties as assigned
