Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of pertinent experience in Network Services.
- CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
- Experience with security systems is a plus.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal performance regarding network routing, switching, and IP security for wide area network services.
- Engage in daily stand-ups and apply the Kanban methodology to manage and resolve incidents within set SLAs.
- Undertake shift lead responsibilities as directed by senior engineers to manage escalated issues and ensure efficient assignment and resolution.
- Contribute to proactive tasks such as network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation.
- Offer management recommendations for continual improvements in communication, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment.
