Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of three years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Certification in ServiceNow Application Development.
- Proficiency in Scripted Web Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, as well as SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow with other applications.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Jelly scripting languages.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Knowledge of both client-side and server-side JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment, including ServiceNow APIs.
- Ability to customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro, and CMS with CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Experience in delivering presentations and conducting demonstrations for client stakeholders.
- Strong background in C# ASP.NET with the .NET Framework 4.0 and above, with prior project experience suggesting an ability to independently manage a project (preferred).
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented design and development.
- A Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent expertise.

Responsibilities
- Engage in ServiceNow (SNOW) development using the Application Platform.
- Offer technical guidance on all inquiries related to SNOW development.
- Create and oversee scripts and workflows.
- Develop technical solutions, implement them, and conduct component integration tests.
- Grasp business requirements and the necessity to standardize processes, incorporating these into your designs.
- Diagnose issues and carry out root cause analyses.
- Address escalated issues promptly and efficiently.
- Identify possible enhancements to minimize problems and improve supportability.
- Maintain consistent documentation throughout the development process, detailing the program descriptions, special instructions, and changes made at the procedural, modular, and database levels.
- Establish methodologies, including documentation, processes, and procedures, to follow during the project lifecycle.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration within a global development team, engaging with project teams and business and systems partners.

Our team defends, manages, and monitors the operational status and cybersecurity stance of the VA, ensuring robust management, operation, and configuration of enterprise network infrastructure. We provide various services, including enterprise security systems delivery, security incident monitoring and reporting, threat and vulnerability analysis, and incident management functions.
