Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Clearance: TS/SCI
- DOD 8140 IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow core modules including IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Expertise in CMDB design, implementation, and governance
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Development skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and integrations
- Understanding of Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundations
- Experience with DOD Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS)

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
- Lead complex ServiceNow projects, including upgrades and custom application development
- Oversee the strategy and governance of the CMDB to ensure reliable IT asset visibility
- Review and approve technical designs, workflows, and customizations
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform features and capabilities
- Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals
- Conduct performance evaluations and set developmental goals for team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Manage resource allocation within the team
- Ensure compliance with SLA and maintain high service quality standards
- Lead the incident response and problem resolution for platform-related issues
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for team processes
- Develop strategic planning for the ServiceNow roadmap and technology initiatives
- Create executive-level analytics frameworks to evaluate team performance and platform success
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation based on data-driven insights
- Assist business stakeholders in defining requirements and solution strategies
