Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI) security clearance
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and platform enhancements
- Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and related areas
- Experience in evaluating operational demands against platform capabilities
- Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into architectural solutions
- Proficient in network security, LAN/WAN design, and infrastructure documentation
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies integrated with ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work efficiently both in teams and independently
Responsibilities
- Design and develop network and system architectures, outlining key capabilities and performance needs
- Define overall systems design in alignment with mission objectives
- Create architecture models and guidelines for current and future development projects
- Engage with users and stakeholders to discern their requirements
- Develop top-level requirements based on user inputs and various constraints including cost and timeline
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the best approach to meet requirements
- Create solutions for application issues, system administration concerns, or network challenges
- Develop algorithms for partitioning to enhance communication efficiency among system components
- Lead architectures across multiple domains including ITSM, IRM, and others
- Manage integrations using Integration Hub and custom APIs
- Supervise platform governance to ensure adherence to best practices and security standards
- Collaborate with Program Managers and stakeholders for effective roadmap planning
- Maintain thorough technical documentation and architectural diagrams
