The posted salary range for this position is USD $155,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 per year, though actual base pay may vary based on individual factors like market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package may also include other elements, which will be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, you will be in an “at-will position,” and we reserve the right to modify the base salary and discretionary compensation or payment programs at any time, considering individual performance, organizational performance, and market factors.
