Senior Network Architect - Security & Control Networks

- Collaborate with the Section Manager to assess, design, and evaluate architectural designs and services from the roadmap backlog - Guide the transition of user-validated designs and services to the Operations and Security Teams - Offer expert knowledge in Enterprise-level facilities security - Provide specialized insight into Enterprise-level industrial control systems networks (e.g., SCADA networks) - Strategically plan, design, engineer, test, implement, modernize, and improve the capabilities, capacity, and performance of the NIH Network and TIC Services in line with NIH future architecture objectives - Oversee software and hardware installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance - Collaborate with the Security Section to fulfill security architecture requirements - Maintain comprehensive technical architecture documentation - Address troubleshooting and problem resolution - Manage changes effectively - Support teams responsible for security implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and remediation of vulnerabilities - Lead strategic transformative planning for network architecture services.
