Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise)
- Active Secret security clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+)
- Over 5 years of direct experience in leading or supporting MECM and Adaptiva projects in a large-scale environment
- Proven ability to architect and manage MECM environments in enterprise settings
- History of successfully integrating Adaptiva with MECM for improved content delivery
- Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms (2012-2025) and core services (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
- Capable in Windows imaging, task sequences, and driver management
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V for virtualization
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management
- Proficient in creating thorough documentation for system configurations and processes
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and uphold MECM environments for effective enterprise endpoint management
- Set up, configure, and enhance Adaptiva OneSite for optimal content distribution and endpoint functionality
- Create, test, and implement software packages, updates, and patches utilizing MECM and Adaptiva
- Construct and retain task sequences for automated OS installations and upgrades
- Ensure endpoint compliance with organizational security policies and standards
- Offer advanced troubleshooting support for MECM and Adaptiva-related issues such as client health and content distribution
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to simplify endpoint management duties
- Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding configurations, processes, and procedures
- Generate and assess reports on software deployment, compliance, and overall system health
