Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with Apple Devices
- Familiarity with Cloud Services such as AWS and InTune
- Understanding of Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM)
- Knowledge of VPN Technologies
- Active CFTC Public Trust clearance required
Responsibilities
- Oversee mobility tickets within ServiceNow and manage daily operations maintenance activities
- Handle tasks related to maintenance patching, upgrades, and project management
- Collaborate with PMO for growth forecasting and project opportunities
- Coordinate closely with government managers, reporting all related activities
- Partner with other technical service areas to resolve escalated issues
- Perform additional tasks as needed
