Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree coupled with over 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Preferred: CCNA or CCNP certification
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the objectives of the Tools Team
- Assist in evaluating threshold and performance monitoring to improve metrics reporting for trend analysis and capacity planning
- Help optimize the CIT’s extensive suite of tools for managing NIH networks
- Conduct preliminary analysis of recommendations to enhance and consolidate tools for better functionality and return on investment
- Take initiative to test and implement vendor upgrades and patches, adhering to change and configuration management protocols while ensuring compliance with security standards
