Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent work background)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal availability and quality of wireless network services
- Participate in daily stand-ups and apply the kanban methodology to manage and resolve incidents within established SLAs
- Assist senior engineers by taking on shift lead responsibilities, acting as queue managers to efficiently route escalated issues
- Engage in proactive network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation
- Provide management with recommendations for improvements in communications, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment
