Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- TS/SCI clearance required
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure
- Experience in containerization technologies
- Understanding of microservice network architecture
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for both on-site and remote teams
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts and conducting briefings with diverse teams
- Valid U.S. Drivers License
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, automate, test, and maintain critical network infrastructure supporting both deployed and organizational operations
- Continuously research technical manuals, vendor documentation, security advisories, and open-source resources to stay informed on technologies
- Assess and recommend hardware and software versions, including validating installation requirements, known defects, and compatibility with legacy systems
- Collaborate with the JEDI team for bare-metal provisioning of RHEL servers, utilizing automation for rapid deployments
- Build secure, mission-ready network nodes from bare metal, including upgrades and performance optimization
- Execute network connectivity testing, assessing user behavior, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and throughput
- Coordinate site deployments with multiple J6 functional areas
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure seamless and rapid installations
- Develop initial configurations and influence baseline setups
- Identify and address network configuration errors, supplying solutions for integration and deployment
- Provide operational knowledge to expedite fault isolation and resolution
