The salary range for this position is expected to be between USD $130,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 per year. However, the base salary offered may vary based on a variety of individualized factors, including market location, job-related expertise, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package may also include additional elements, which we will discuss during the hiring conversation. If hired, you will be in an "at-will position," and we reserve the right to modify base salary and other discretionary compensation at any time, influenced by individual performance, overall company performance, and market conditions.
