Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent background.
- Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of NCIS Collection Management System (CMS) functionality and user community needs.
- Proficient in analyzing software business logic and developing acceptance criteria for software projects.
- Proven experience in leading requirements workshops and user acceptance training sessions.
- Skilled in utilizing the Service Now platform for sprint and story management.
- Familiarity with Department of Navy networks and information assurance policies.
- Experience collaborating with SCRUM teams and applying agile methodologies.
- ITIL certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to determine system requirements, including functions, outputs, data inputs, and controls.
- Provide technical and functional guidance in identifying, assessing, and supporting systems.
- Analyze business and technical processes to design and improve information processing systems.
- Serve as a liaison between systems architects/programmers and end users to ensure IT solutions meet their expectations.
- Document requirements for products/services and create test procedures to validate user requests.
- Engage with testing requirements to confirm thorough traceability and coverage.
- Apply general knowledge of system capabilities without the necessity of programming skills.
