Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise
- Active Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+)
- Extensive knowledge of MECM and Adaptiva in large environments
- Proven expertise in managing MECM environments in enterprise settings
- Experience integrating Adaptiva with MECM for effective content delivery
- Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms (2012–2025)
- Familiarity with Windows imaging, task sequences, and driver management
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Excellent documentation skills for system configurations and operations
- Understanding of networking concepts including load balancing and infrastructure challenges
- Strong communication skills for presenting reports to various audiences
Responsibilities
- Execute and sustain MECM environments for organizational endpoint management
- Set up and enhance Adaptiva OneSite for effective content distribution and performance
- Create, test, and rollout software packages, updates, and patches via MECM and Adaptiva
- Develop and manage task sequences for automated operating system installations and upgrades
- Guarantee compliance of endpoints with corporate security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve MECM and Adaptiva issues, focusing on client health and content delivery
- Develop automation solutions and PowerShell scripts to improve endpoint management efficiency
- Keep detailed records for configurations, processes, and operational procedures
- Generate and review reports regarding software deployments, compliance, and system health
