Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise
- Active Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA), including implementation, upgrades, and administration
- Proficiency in scripting with NSH, Python, Bash, Java, and PowerShell for automation initiatives
- Extensive experience in patch management for both Windows and Unix/Linux environments using TSSA
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
- Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases is a plus
- Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a bonus
- Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and validation of upgrades for the BMC TSSA platform
- Offer Level 3 support for the TSSA environment, addressing and resolving intricate issues
- Create and manage automation scripts utilizing NSH and PowerShell to enhance server management processes
- Oversee and maintain the stability and performance of the TSSA infrastructure
- Automate compliance audits and remediation efforts to uphold security protocols
- Develop and manage patching tasks for Windows and Linux servers to ensure prompt application of security updates
- Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to devise and implement TSSA-centric automation solutions
- Generate and sustain documentation for TSSA configurations, processes, and procedures
