Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Preferred: Minimum 6 months experience in troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware in a customer service context
- Preferred: Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems
- Preferred: Understanding of SCCM for remote resolution and software installations
- Preferred: CompTIA Network+, A+, Server+, and Security+ certifications
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for all onsite IT operations
- Work with support teams, help desks, customers, and technical staff to resolve issues
- Coordinate and execute maintenance tasks for networks and servers
- Identify recurring problems and propose solutions to minimize their impact
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of products and equipment
- Deliver technical support services, system refreshes, software integration, and operational assistance
- Diagnose and repair product malfunctions, order and replace parts as necessary
- Conduct onsite training for customer support staff
- Provide on-call support for technical issues via the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with network services and software engineering to restore and enhance services
- Suggest system modifications to alleviate user issues
- Perform regular system maintenance, including hardware configuration and component management
- Install operating system updates through SCCM Software Center
- Offer remote support to telecommuting users
- Oversee user relocation requests and ensure device encryption
- Manage local on-site cabling tasks
- Support enterprise groups, including network and security operation centers
- Troubleshoot video conferencing and audio/video systems
- Assist with asset inventory and disposal preparations
- Contribute to gathering user support trends and handling high call volumes during peak times
- Fulfill additional tasks as assigned
