IT Project Manager - Agile & Cloud Solutions

- Develop integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new product development - Oversee a diverse project team comprised of multidisciplinary personnel - Monitor and manage project status and budgets, while preparing status reports - Identify project challenges and devise solutions to meet productivity and quality objectives - Implement mechanisms for tracking project progress, intervening and solving issues with team members - Report to a Program Manager and adhere to program-level management standards like CMMI and ISO - Manage project costs, schedules, performance, communications, quality, risks, and resources, including subcontractors - Communicate transparently with contractors, NSIN, Mission Partners, and FEDSIM stakeholders - Institutionalize DevOps, lean, agile, DevSecOps, ITIL, and other relevant frameworks - Prepare management-related deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports and Technical Direction Plans - Coordinate Extended Work Week (EWW) requests, Travel Authorizations (TARs), and Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) to align with Mission Partner needs - Guide the direction of a project through design, implementation, and testing phases - Define requirements and manage project lifecycle deployment - Supervise professional and technical support personnel within their respective fields - Schedule tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve results - Integrate vendor tasks and evaluate vendor deliverables for quality compliance - Conduct project meetings and handle project tracking, analysis, and reporting responsibilities
