- I am looking for a candidate with a high school diploma and between 0 to 2 years of experience. - You must be a U.S. citizen. - A high level of technical expertise is essential. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will rely on you to be part of a team that supports all onsite IT operations. Your tasks will include collaborating with support teams, help desks, customers, and other technical personnel to resolve issues. You will coordinate and execute operational and maintenance activities for networks and servers. Identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions to minimize their impact will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain a comprehensive range of products and equipment while providing services and solutions related to technical support, systems refresh, software integration, and operational support. Your role will also involve diagnosing product failures and procuring replacement parts as required, along with offering on-site training for customer support staff. Further duties include: - Providing on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues received via the ServiceNow ticketing system. - Collaborating with network services, software system engineering, and application development teams to restore services and identify core issues. - Recommending system modifications to alleviate user problems. - Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configuration and replacing equipment components. - Installing operating system patches and upgrades through the SCCM Software Center. - Offering remote support for telework and home users, including ensuring user applications function over VPN and/or Citrix. - Managing user relocation requests and confirming devices are adequately encrypted. - Implementing local on-site cabling and supporting enterprise groups like network and security operation centers. - Restarting network equipment (like switches and routers) as instructed by enterprise networking and replacing defective hardware. - Helping users with mobile communication devices and providing tier 2 support, including hardware troubleshooting and OS reinstall. - Supporting asset inventory through physical inventory assistance and managing the receipt of property. - Preparing equipment for disposal and ensuring compliance with disposal policies, including secure data wiping. - Troubleshooting video conferencing systems and collaborating with support staff for remote fixes, assisting in the setup of presentation devices and video conferencing tools. - Facilitating support for pre/post application releases and gathering, analyzing, and reporting end-user support trends. - Performing other tasks as assigned.
