Responsibilities
- Communicate, investigate, triage, monitor, and address security incidents, events, alerts, and issues in accordance with standard operating procedures and in collaboration with NS Operations
- Aid in refining alert thresholds and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the Security Section to boost customer satisfaction
