Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Military or government experience in operations and intelligence
- Strong understanding of military operations and intelligence gathering (inclusive of all-source and OSINT)
- Familiarity with DoD, Intelligence Community, and interagency structures and policies
- Proficient problem-solving, data analysis, and critical thinking skills
- Background in business process analysis
- Experience with process modeling and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of standard intelligence analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
- Preferred: Familiarity with Zero-Trust Architecture in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment
- Preferred: Experience in documenting functional requirements and analyzing process requirements
- Preferred: Background in continuous process improvement efforts related to both vendor and in-house applications
Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance intelligence operations by applying business analysis principles in alignment with Zero Trust security model
- Document and assess existing intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Gather and articulate detailed business requirements from military and intelligence stakeholders, liaising between operational users and technical teams
- Monitor performance metrics and develop management reports and dashboards to improve situational awareness and operational outcomes
- Contribute to the development and revision of military policies, along with tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to intelligence operations
- Create documentation and training materials to support personnel during transitions to new processes, and communicate the benefits of these changes to stakeholders
- Oversee content and processes related to vendor and in-house applications, including documenting functional requirements and implementing business process enhancements
