Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 6-9 years of experience in application development (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret clearance with the capacity to obtain/maintain DEA suitability
Responsibilities
- Develops and codes applications or modules utilizing languages such as C++, Visual Basic, ABAP, Java, XTML, etc.
- Implements patches and enhancements for pre-existing systems
- Participates in system planning and development deployment while ensuring compliance with software standards
- Designs graphical user interfaces (GUIs) tailored to user requirements
- Compiles operating instructions and documentation for program development
- Analyzes system functionalities to clarify program intentions, output needs, input data collection, programming methods, and controls
- Creates add-on modules using application programming languages
- Conducts modifications and maintenance for operational programs and processes
- Engages in code reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications
- Writes or revises user guides, program documentation, and operational documentation in line with established protocols.
