Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Cisco Voice Engineer
- Proficient in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, and UCCX Scripting
- Solid understanding of VoIP, routing, and switching technologies
- CCNP Collaboration and IAT II certifications are mandatory
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications systems
- Provide advanced technical support at both the 2nd and 3rd levels in classified and unclassified settings
- Oversee upgrades, monitoring, and documentation of VoIP/UC systems
- Conduct real-time troubleshooting and trend analyses on essential mission networks
