Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Network Services.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.
- Experience in security is advantageous.
- Capability to obtain Public Trust clearance is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal availability and quality for network routing and switching, IP security, and wide area network services.
- Engage in daily stand-ups and apply kanban methodology to address and resolve incidents and problems within set SLAs.
- Assist senior engineers in shift lead tasks, managing queues to efficiently assign escalated issues, promoting swift resolution to meet SLAs.
- Contribute to proactive initiatives including network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation.
- Offer management recommendations for continuous improvements in communications, customer insights, tools, technology, and equipment.
