Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 9+ years of systems administration experience (or equivalent)
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain DEA suitability
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale Windows-based environments and various applications (commercial and government-developed)
- Oversee F5 LTM administration for primary and DR appliances
- Administer Linux and/or UNIX Operating Systems
- Configure and manage virtual infrastructure technologies, including VMware and AWS/Azure cloud environments
- Handle Windows administration for Windows Server 2019/2022, focusing on server monitoring, Group Policy management, AD replication, AD PowerShell, and troubleshooting in both physical and virtual setups
- Provide after-hours support for critical outages as part of an on-call rotation
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets escalated through ServiceNow from other support teams
