Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the objectives of the Tools Team
- Review threshold and performance monitoring to enhance metric reporting for trend analysis and capacity planning
- Optimize CITs existing suite of tools for managing NIH networks
- Analyze recommendations for augmenting and consolidating tools for better functionality and ROI
- Test and implement vendor upgrades and patches, adhering to change and configuration management processes while ensuring compliance with security standards
