Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT, with 4 years of additional relevant experience substitutable for education.
- Familiarity with Jira, X-Ray, and AWS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly Kanban.
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Prior experience in AWS is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, publish, and execute test plans for intricate, multi-tiered, distributed applications throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Construct manual or automated testing systems utilizing commercial tools, scripts, and data sets.
- Engage in all facets of testing such as functional, regression, load, and system testing.
- Ensure a suitable level of quality by resolving critical defects in collaboration with developers and engineers to verify the testing adequacy in the software or hardware development process.
- Formulate response strategies and procedures for critical security vulnerability bug notifications.
- Proactively identify potential security flaws and attack vectors in both existing and new code bases.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, working within iterative development cycles with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate clearly with federal clients, developers, and program managers.
