Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training. - Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT support with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow administration and configuration. - Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating or supporting enterprise tools (e.g., monitoring, endpoint management, automation platforms). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; advanced certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CAD) are highly desirable. - Proven experience applying ServiceNow best practices within federal environments. - Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and principles of enterprise ITSM/ITOM. - Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

- Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets USSS mission objectives. - Provide system administration, upgrades, and configuration for various ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Portal. - Support the integration and performance of enterprise monitoring and automation tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Tanium, SCCM). - Work collaboratively with USSS stakeholders to articulate business and functional requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions. - Oversee platform upgrades and patch cycles, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity policies and FedRAMP standards. - Develop, maintain, and enhance workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes within ServiceNow. - Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure interoperability and data consistency across enterprise tools. - Assist with quality assurance efforts, including testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases and platform changes. - Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training for USSS staff and junior administrators. - Monitor platform health and service levels, proactively resolving performance and availability challenges.
