Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with at least 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- DOD 8140 IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow platform, including core modules and IT Service Management processes.
- Expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) practices and governance.
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting, particularly with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Solid development capabilities in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration methods.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams of ServiceNow professionals is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundations are preferred.
- Familiarity with DOD Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across various modules.
- Lead intricate ServiceNow projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and custom application development.
- Oversee CMDB strategy and ensure the integrity and accuracy of IT assets.
- Maintain adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Review and authorize technical designs, workflows, and custom solutions.
- Mentor and oversee a team of ServiceNow administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop individual growth plans for team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and ongoing learning within the team.
- Ensure compliance with service quality standards and service level agreements.
- Lead incident response efforts and resolve platform-related issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and liaise with ServiceNow support as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and a knowledge base for the team.
- Lead the planning of the ServiceNow technology roadmap and strategy.
- Develop analytics frameworks to assess team performance and platform impact.
- Generate executive dashboards and reports showcasing business value and returns on investment.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and automations through data insights.
- Assist business partners in articulating requirements and potential solutions.
