Requirements

Must:
- High School diploma with over 10 years of relevant experience - Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) - Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflow development, and platform enhancements - Proven ability in establishing and enforcing platform governance - Skilled in evaluating operational and strategic requirements against platform capabilities and leading practices - Proficient in translating technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints - Background in creating architectural blueprints for federal agencies - Experience leading ServiceNow version upgrades - Deep understanding of overall ServiceNow platform architecture - Knowledge of network security, LAN/WAN design, and network documentation - Required certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+ CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security) - Technical expertise in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence - Strong comprehension of CMDB and CSDM - Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines integrated with ServiceNow - Preferred skills: Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks; DoD 8570.01-M IASAE II compliance; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across various domains and modules - Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Security Operations (SecOps), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), App Engine & Automation Engine, and CMDB/CSDM - Oversee integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes - Direct platform governance to ensure alignment with best practices and federal security regulations - Guide team members on technical design, configuration, and implementation processes - Produce and maintain technical design documents, architectural diagrams, and configuration standards - Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders for roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable architectural blueprints - Provide SME-level support for network infrastructure and hardware - Manage, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices - Create detailed network diagrams and documentation for planning and design - Employ a strong understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security - Analyze and resolve network issues leveraging strong problem-solving skills
