Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent background
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance
- Over 10 years of experience in technical program or project management
- Proven experience managing programs related to cloud computing, cybersecurity, data, or artificial intelligence
- Deep understanding of phased Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and capability delivery frameworks
- PMP certification, and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive planning and execution across technical, data, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Oversee schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables for IOC enablement
- Facilitate Government engagements ensuring adherence to task authority
- Supervise development of deployment and execution plans for subsequent IOC activities
- Manage all phases of programs from initiation through completion
- Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical outcomes of company programs or subsystems in major projects
