Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with over 12 years of experience in administration and tier-3 operational support for servers, workstations, and applications in a Windows Active Directory environment (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret clearance with capability to obtain and maintain DEA suitability
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing services including networking, servers, databases, and cloud software
- Practical experience with PowerShell and Office 365
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM templates for deployments, updates, and maintenance tasks
- Experience with running virtual machines on the cloud
- Ability to create and manage data backups effectively
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Knowledge of configuring archival storage solutions
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Understanding Azure Policy and RBAC
- Skills in maintaining and implementing storage solutions
- Experience in securing Azure solutions
- Expertise in networking tasks specifically related to the Azure networking stack
- Proven ability to reduce vulnerabilities in Azure
Responsibilities
- Provide administration and tier-3 operational support for servers, workstations, and applications within a Windows Active Directory context
- Manage user accounts and troubleshoot Group Policy issues
- Maintain and enhance security infrastructures
- Oversee server and backup administration activities
- Manage SCCM and McAfee ePO functionalities
- Support large-scale system deployments and migrations
- Develop technical solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal security and system performance standards
- Execute additional responsibilities related to Azure administration as needed
