Must:

- At least 8 years of pertinent experience in Network Services
- Desired certifications: CCNA or CCNP
- Experience in security measures is preferred
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and quality of network routing, switching, IP security, and wide area network services
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings and use kanban methods to manage incidents and problems within defined SLAs
- Support senior engineers by taking on shift lead roles as queue managers to efficiently assign and expedite escalated issues
- Contribute to proactive network measures like monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation
- Provide management with suggestions for continuous improvements in communication, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment
