Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with CCNA/CCNP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the objectives of the Tools Team
- Assist in reviewing threshold and performance monitoring to enhance reporting metrics for trend analysis and capacity planning
- Help optimize CITs existing suite of tools for managing NIH networks
- Conduct initial analysis of recommendations for tool augmentation and consolidation to maximize functionality and ROI
- Proactively test and implement vendor upgrades and patches following change and configuration management processes while ensuring compliance with security requirements
