Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal availability and quality of wireless network services
- Participate in daily stand-ups and utilize kanban methodology to manage incidents within established SLAs
- Assist senior engineers with shift lead responsibilities, acting as queue managers for escalated issues
- Conduct proactive measures including network monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation
- Provide recommendations to management for continuous improvements in communication, customer understanding, tools, and technology
