Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Preferred: CCNA or CCNP certification
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal availability and quality of wireless network services
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and apply kanban methodology to manage and resolve incidents and issues within established SLAs
- Engage in shift lead duties as directed by senior engineers to act as queue managers, ensuring efficient assignment and active management of escalated issues to expedite resolution
- Assist with proactive network management, including monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation
- Propose improvements to management related to communication strategies, customer understanding, tools, technologies, and equipment.
