Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent background
- Security Clearance Required: Secret
- In-depth understanding of NCIS Collection Management System functionalities and user community requirements
- Proven expertise in analyzing and compiling software business logic, creating mockups, and developing acceptance criteria for software projects
- Experience in leading requirements workshops and user acceptance training sessions
- Proficiency in utilizing the Service Now platform for sprint and story management
- Familiarity with Department of Navy networks, information assurance policies, and protocols
- Experience collaborating with SCRUM teams and applying agile methodologies
- ITIL certification
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to clarify system requirements, including program functions, expected outputs, input data needs, and system processing methods
- Serve as the liaison between systems architects/programmers and end users to ensure IT designs fulfill organizational needs
- Document product/service specifications and devise testing procedures to ensure user requirements are met
- Engage with testing criteria to guarantee traceability and comprehensive test coverage
- Possess general logical understanding of system capabilities without necessarily requiring programming skills
