Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
- Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI
- Ability to travel internationally as needed, including holding a valid passport
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure and systems administration
- Familiarity with network administration
- Experience working with hybrid environments and enterprise IT solutions
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, MCSE, VCP, CCNP, HP, SSL, or similar IT certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is advantageous
- Technical expertise in networking
- Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain core IT systems within the organization
- Implement and manage telecommunication and data infrastructure for optimal operations
- Oversee the execution of IT policies and procedures
- Conduct daily checks and maintenance of IT systems
- Perform regular backups to protect organizational data
- Deliver network troubleshooting and user support for hardware and software issues
- Enforce security, network usage, and disaster recovery policies
- Travel internationally as necessary to install networking equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
- Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Handle SAN storage and backup solutions while implementing disaster recovery strategies
- Administer security policies and compliance protocols
- Provide front-line support for hardware and software users
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Participate in IT projects including server migrations and cloud integration
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems and processes
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills while managing multiple projects
