Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with 6 - 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent background
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Proven track record managing multiple complex technical projects
- Skilled in planning and estimating work requirements
- Knowledgeable about DoD lifecycle processes, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in creating or managing enterprise implementation plans for significant technical deployments
- Strong understanding of enterprise networks, service integration, incident/service management, and secure IT operations
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Industry certifications such as DOD 8140 IAT II (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
- Technical expertise in networking and systems is preferred
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Experience with large-scale modernization efforts or cloud transition initiatives is desirable
- Awareness of cybersecurity requirements, RMF processes, and DoD architecture frameworks
- Previous experience working directly with PMOs or leading cross-functional technical teams
- Background in regulated or classified environments, such as AFSCI
- Familiarity with enterprise technical integration, transition planning, or large modernization programs
- Experience with DOD Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) can be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Direct the project through design, implementation, and testing to align with project goals
- Establish requirements and strategize project lifecycle deployment
- Oversee vendor task integration and monitor vendor deliverables
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Maintain organized project documentation, such as charters, plans, risk registers, and executive reports
- Track progress against established baselines, identifying risks, issues, and conflicts across enterprise workstreams
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, accreditation, and configuration management regulations
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership, simplifying complex technical issues into operational implications
- Facilitate project meetings and manage project tracking, analysis, and reporting to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients
- Employ strong problem-solving skills and communicate effectively
- Research and select the best feasible solutions to meet customer needs
- Apply agile or other project management methodologies
- Collaborate effectively and cultivate strong working relationships
- Proactively anticipate project requirements and address challenges
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project demands
