Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a High School diploma with over 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is mandatory
- Over 10 years of experience working with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Proficiency in cloud security and data protection
- Proven ability to conduct penetration testing, risk evaluations, and vulnerability assessments
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (such as Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Integrate security-by-design principles into system architecture, cloud setups, software configurations, and data management strategies during Initial Operational Capability (IOC)
- Address access control measures, data security, segmentation, and readiness for RMF assessments to minimize authorization risks in later implementations
- Ensure early-stage cybersecurity involvement supports the responsible deployment of autonomous penetration testing capabilities that comply with DoD requirements as the project moves into IOC execution
- Define necessary cybersecurity measures and secure configuration standards
- Facilitate RMF and authorization strategy activities
- Guarantee the safe management of data related to autonomous assessments
