Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma with at least 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- TS/SCI Clearance required
- Military or governmental background in operations and intelligence
- Strong knowledge of military operations, intelligence collection methods (e.g., all-source, OSINT), and decision-making protocols
- Familiarity with Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and interagency frameworks and policies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in business process analysis
- Proficiency with process modeling and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- In-depth understanding of standard intelligence analysis tools and procedures
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Zero-Trust Architecture in a military or intelligence context (preferred)
- Familiarity with documenting functional requirements, process analysis, and process improvement initiatives (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of intelligence processes while adhering to the Zero Trust security model
- Map, document, and assess current intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and clarify detailed business requirements from intelligence stakeholders, serving as a bridge between users and technical teams
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to intelligence processes and operational outcomes, creating management reports and dashboards for situational awareness
- Contribute to the development and revision of military policies, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for intelligence operations
- Support transitions to new workflows by creating documentation and training materials for intelligence personnel, effectively communicating changes to stakeholders
